After I fired the twins and threw them into my dungeon, I made one of them a deal. If she managed to use, beat, destroy and train her sister to be my perfect slave, I would let her go. She was a natural. So when she had broken her sister, I offered her a deal to stay. She would get a little freedom, but would get to torture her sister all day long. She happily said yes.
